Interdependence as a foundation for sustainability has been our philosophy since our origin and continues to guide our actions, as we strive to create a common force to deliver excellence in all our endeavors.
We believe that we as a company are responsible not only for our own well-being, but also consider the well-being of our ecosystem as a part of our measure of success.
Our commitment to the environment and our social initiatives in urban development are as strong as our business accomplishments and thus we constantly evaluate and improve our CSR initiatives through metrics.
The Guiding principles that define our CSR Policy are:
- We believe that as a mature organization it is our responsibility to give back to its internal and external ecosystem.
- Our CSR initiatives are not restricted to the contribution of funds. We necessarily involve the energies and efforts of our people; we aim at achieving an employee involvement which is equal to or greater than 1.5 times of our employee strength.
- We leverage our expertise in the IT domain in order to contribute to our CSR initiatives. This helps us add maximum possible value as we empower and enable our ecosystem.
- We ensure that a large part of our efforts is concentrated on a single initiative, so that our significant contribution ensures that we make a big difference.
- Each of our initiatives is aimed at benefiting our ecosystem at large; we are not limited by geographical boundaries.
