Ravi Pandit, Chairman & Group CEO
Ravi is a gold medalist and fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an associate member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. With masters from Sloan School of Management, MIT, Cambridge, USA, Ravi has extensive experience of over three decades in the fields of Information Technology. From his accounting roots, Mr. Pandit, along with his team, has built the global IT, engineering & BPO services company KPIT Cummins, with leadership in sharply defined focus areas. Listed on the BSE and NSE, KPIT Cummins focuses on co-innovating domain intensive technology solutions for Manufacturing corporations (with special focus on Automotive, transportation & manufacturing, Energy & Utilities and defense & Government) to help its customers become efficient, integrated and innovative enterprises.
Widely respected for integrity, innovation and dynamism, Ravi and his colleagues have successfully forged partnerships with customers and investors. Ravi is a member of the Core-Group on Automotive Research Program Committee (CAR) a Government of India initiative for automotive industry and is on the Technology Development Board formed by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. He is a member of the board of management of Symbiosis International University, Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan (a charitable public trust) and is a director of the Aga Khan Rural Support Program (India). He also serves on the board of Finolex Cables Ltd. He has served as the president of the esteemed Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture and has been on the NASSCOM Executive Council twice.

Kishor Patil, MD & CEO
Kishor is responsible for defining KPIT Cummins' technology and customer acquisition strategy across six continents. He is the champion for new technology adoption and incubation of customer centric new projects. Under his leadership KPIT Cummins has filed 33+ patents and has developed over 100 IPs in cutting-edge automotive and semiconductor technology areas.
A Chartered Accountant by profession Kishor began his career as a practitioner in Kirtane & Pandit Chartered Accountant in 1983 and within a year and a half was a partner in the firm. Kishor's vision and passion have been integral to KPIT Cummins' leadership in key focus verticals and in building the company from a small start up to one of the world's largest, most recognized engineering services provider for the manufacturing industry.
His contributions have been pivotal in building strategic partnerships leading to a strong and prestigious customer base. He has set a standard of excellence in the areas of international operations, acquisitions, mergers and integration. His keen observation and open mind have contributed greatly to KPIT Cummins' growth as a company. His exceptional people skills and sincerity has worked wonders in diverse cultural geographies.
Sachin Tikekar, Whole-time Director and Chief of People Operations
Sachin is a co-founder of KPIT Cummins and has played various leadership roles over the years. In his current role he is responsible for functions pertaining to aligning people policies, improving employee touch points, imbibing KPIT culture in the organization, accelerating learning opportunities for employees globally and fostering innovation in attracting, nurturing and retaining superior talent.
Prior to assuming the role of CPO, Sachin was the Chief Operating Officer of the US operations of KPIT Cummins, and was instrumental in building the Company's sales presence across US, Asia and Europe. He has previously worked with US Sprint and Strategic Positioning Group.
Sachin has done his Masters in Strategic Management and International Finance from Temple University's Fox School of Business and Management, Pennsylvania.
Sachin is a member of the World Wildlife Federation and pursues his fascination with wildlife, nature and adventure through traveling.
Pawan Sharma, President and Head of Integrated Enterprise Services
Pawan heads the Integrated Enterprise Solutions business unit and is global business leader for Oracle solutions and services at KPIT Cummins. In this role he is responsible for execution of the growth strategy whilst ensuring operational excellence delivering value and high customer satisfaction to Consulting, Enterprise IT and KPO customers. Pawan is also a member of the Executive Council.
Pawan is an accomplished leader and a pioneer in executing Outcome Based Models that have helped customers generate value from the outsourcing ecosystem. Prior to joining KPIT Cummins, Pawan co-founded BPO business at HCL Technologies, and has led country operations with companies like HCL, HP and IBM focusing on consulting and software. His entrepreneurial attitude and experience spans across building and managing new business, starting new country operations and setting IT and BPO operations across the globe.
An engineer by profession, Pawan has also participated in the ISB-Kellogg Global Advanced Management Program. He is currently active as a TiE Charter Member and is passionate about coaching budding leaders and entrepreneurs in the industry. He has been an active member on the Standards Board of JD Powers & Software Support Professional Association - USA, PMI USA Board of Special Initiative Group on Strategic Outsourcing and as the founder, CEO & President of PMI North India Chapter. He is a frequent speaker at global forums and educational institutions.
Pankaj Sathe, Global Leader, Business Development and Head of Semiconductor Solutions Group
Based in UK, in his current role, Pankaj is responsible for global sales operations and customer acquisition. Operating as a close partner to customers, he drives the development of solutions and service offerings to accelerate growth and profitability. He has been instrumental in KPIT Cummins' growth in Europe across France, Germany and Scandinavia. He was instrumental in successfully establishing local presence in key geographies and integrating acquisitions with the parent organization.
Prior to joining KPIT Cummins, he has worked with companies like HCL, Ranbaxy and Godrej in the areas of sales, marketing and business management.
Pankaj is an engineer and has a Masters in Business Administration. He is an active member of IEEE and enjoys studying war history and traveling.
Anup Sable, Sr. VP & Head, Automotive & Allied Engineering
Anup is responsible for managing relationships with customers and helping them to globalize & standardize efficiently. He has been instrumental in creating a robust delivery ecosystem which supports clients in bringing complex technology products and systems faster to markets.
Passionate about technology in cars, Anup began his career as a research engineer at the Automotive Research Association in India (ARAI). He joined KPIT Cummins as a software engineer in 1994. With over 15 years of experience in the field of automotive electronics, Anup has played a key role in setting up the Automotive Electronics practice at KPIT Cummins.
Anup has done his engineering from Government College of Engineering, Pune where he was awarded the Best Outgoing Mechanical Engineer. Anup has authored numerous articles and frequently speaks at national & international forums on automotive technologies and electronics in particular.
Anup describes himself as an 'inquisitive techie, who has experimented with every form of electronics since his seventh grade'. A keen debater, he has an analytical mind with an innate ability to solve multi-dimensional problems for customers.
Anil K. Patwardhan, Vice President and Head - Corporate Finance and Governance
Anil heads global finance and legal affairs for KPIT Cummins. In his 10 years at KPIT Cummins he has established mature business processes ensuring smooth growth of the company.
Anil's career spans 25+ years of professional experience. He began his career at a Kirloskar group, followed by 10+ years in Raymond's group in the areas of Accounts & Finance and Praj.
True to his profession, Anil always goes by facts and focuses on fiscal discipline even in his day to day life. He was conferred the CFO of the Year award for 2010, by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
A Commerce graduate and a Chartered Account, Anil's areas of specialization are Forex and Treasury Management. Anil enjoys listening to Hindustani classical music.
Lokesh Sikaria, Head, SAP Strategic Business Unit
Lokesh Sikaria is Business Leader, SAP Services at KPIT Cummins. Prior to assuming the current role, he was CEO at Sparta Consulting, which merged with KPIT Cummins in 2009.
Lokesh Sikaria brings in 15+ years of SAP implementation service experience, and his career includes his stint with Rapidigm as the Chief Operating Officer during which he cultivated Rapidigm's SAP Practice into one of the ten largest SAP consulting practices in the US. He further established Rapidigm's offshore operations and driving its global delivery model.
Lokesh began his career at Price Waterhouse in San Francisco and received multiple awards during his tenure with Price Waterhouse.
He is an engineering graduate from University of California, Berkeley and is an avid Cal Bears fan.
G. B. Prabhat, Principal – Business Transformation
Prabhat is Principal - Business Transformation. In this role he is responsible for overall corporate strategy and for innovative business models and service frameworks. With over 25 years’ experience in the Consulting and IT industry, Prabhat is widely considered the pioneer of the offshore Consulting model. He propounded the ‘Second Generation Outsourcing’ model, a business paradigm that radically improves first generation outsourcing that is predicated primarily on cost arbitrage. He has led successful ground-breaking IT consulting assignments using the onsite-offshore model for several Fortune 500 companies. In his most recent engagement prior to joining KPIT Cummins, he was the founder of Anantara Solutions, a Second Generation Outsourcing company.
Prabhat is a prolific writer of business articles dealing with competitiveness, IT, business processes, organizational culture and leadership. His book on managing in the new world order, The 3D competitive space: Managing in the New Economy, was published by McGraw Hill, in 1997. Many ideas contained therein have been implemented by corporations all over the world. He has authored close to hundred research papers, articles and reviews, that have appeared in a number of international journals including Harvard Business Review and publications of The American Association of Artificial Intelligence.
Prabhat is also a fiction-writer. He has published 3 novels, ‘Early Indications’, ‘Eimona’ and ‘Chains’. His short stories have appeared in Asia Literary Review, The Hindu and The Indian Express. Some short stories have been translated into Hindi, Telugu and Chinese.
Prabhat holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, a graduate degree in Computer Science. His other interests include Philosophy, Economics and Aesthetics.

Mr. Kalyani has received his Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University, Pennsylvania, USA. He joined Kalyani Steels Limited in 1997 and was deputed to Carpenter Technology Corporation, USA for technical training and to oversee technology transfer to the new joint venture viz. Kalyani Carpenter Special Steels Limited. On successful completion of the assignment, he returned to India to join Bharat Forge Limited, in 1998 as Vice - President & Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Amit Kalyani is currently the Executive Director of Bharat Forge Ltd., the flagship company of Kalyani Group. Mr. Amit Kalyani is involved in the company's strategic planning and global business development initiatives and contributes significantly across functions such as manufacturing, marketing, exports and technology upgradation of the company. He chairs the HR & Compensation (Remuneration) Committee of the Company.
Dr. Srikant Datar
Dr. Datar is Arthur Lowes Dickinson Professor of Accounting & Senior Associate Dean of Harvard Business School. A Gold Medallist from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Gold Medallist from Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, a Chartered Accountant, he holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University. Dr. Datar's areas of interest are Strategy implementation and execution, Cost management and management control areas and Corporate Governance. He has worked with many global corporations on consulting and field-based projects in management accounting and control. He is a winner of George Leland Bach Award for Excellence in the Classroom at Carnegie Mellon University and Distinguished Teaching Award at Stanford University. He is also the co-author of the leading text book on Cost Accounting. Dr. Datar is a member of the HR & Compensation Committee of the Company.
Dr. R.A. Mashelkar
Deeply committed to the world of science and engineering, Dr. Mashelkar has been hugely instrumental in propagating a culture of innovation and balanced intellectual property rights regime for over a decade. Dr. Mashelkar is the President of Global Research Alliance, Chairman, National Innovation Foundation, Chairman, Marico Innovation Foundation, Chairman, Reliance Innovation Council and Chairman of Thermax Innovation Council. He was the third Indian engineer to have been elected as a Fellow of Royal Society(FRS), London and he was the first Indian President of the Institute of Chemical Engineers, UK and the first Indian Foreign Fellow of Australian Technological Science and Engineering Academy (2008). Twenty-eight universities have honoured him with honorary doctorates, which include Universities of London, Salford, Pretoria, Wisconsin and Delhi. Dr. Mashelkar served as the Director General of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR).He was also the President of Indian National Science Academy (2005-2007). Dr. Mashelkar is the Chairman of the Innovation Committee of the Company.

Ms. Poonawalla was awarded the Padmashree in 1989 - recognized for her exemplary contribution to the world of engineering and industry. She is currently a Director on the Board of IDBI Bank, IDBI Intech, Techni Graphics, Blossom Brewery and Pragati Leadership. She has been on the governing body of organizations like the CII (Confederation of Indian Industries) and TIFAC (Technology Information Forecasting and Assessment Council formed by the Government of India) and the Chairperson for Agro Food Processing. She was a member of the Scientific Advisory board of the Central Cabinet (SAC-C) and Chairperson of the Herbal and Floriculture Taskforce of SAC-C. Actively involved in social initiatives, Lila is on the board of trustees of two Pune-based NGOs. In 1994, she started the 'Lila Poonawalla Foundation' to promote education among women. She is a member of Innovation Committee and Chairperson of Quality Council Committee. She is also a member of Audit Committee of the Company.
Sudheer Tilloo
Mr. Tilloo is an Electrical Engineering Graduate from the Birla Institute of Technology, Pilani and holder of a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA. Sudheer advises the Company in defining business strategy, building close client relationship and managing people's performance which are critical areas for the Company's success. He is the Chairman of Audit Committee. He is also a member of HR & Compensation Committee and a member of Quality Council Committee of the Company.
Anant Talaulicar
Mr. Talaulicar holds a B.E. Mechanical degree from Mysore University, a M.S. degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and a MBA from Tulane University, USA. He has worked for Cummins for 17 years in the U.S. in varied fields like Finance, Manufacturing, Product Management, Strategy, Marketing and General Management. He has led the USD 300 Million North & South American Commercial Power Generation business.

Bruce Carver
Mr. Carver is currently the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Cummins Inc. Prior to joining Cummins, he was the Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer at Dana Corporation and served on the Executive and Operating committees. Carver began his career as a Management Analyst with the Office of the Secretary of the U.S. Army in Washington, D.C., where he served from 1985 to 1990. From 1990 to 1996, he served in a variety of positions - culminating in his role as Assistant Vice President, Business Applications with Household International, a Chicago-based Fortune 500 consumer finance company. Bruce earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech and a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from DePaul University in Chicago. In 2000, Carver was listed among the top 100 Information Technology Executives by Computerworld magazine. Carver is a member of the Information Technology Senior Management Forum, the Society of Information Technology, the Black MBA Association and the Project Management Institute. Bruce is the member of the Quality Council Committee of the Company.

Elizabeth Carey
Ms. Carey has been the Chief Technical Officer of Cummins Power Generation since January 2003. She has been responsible for leading a global and diverse engineering business group to deliver product meeting or exceeding cost, quality, and delivery requirements. Directly responsible for the advanced research and development work, ten-year technical plan, product development, and engineering functional excellence. Elizabeth is presently the Sponsor of the Power Generation Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) where she draws on her long personal history of volunteerism to guide Power Generation's CSR focus. Elizabeth is also the Sponsor of the Women's Affinity Group at Power Generation. Elizabeth started her engineering career with the Aerospace Corporation in California for eight years, followed by five years with TRW Space and Defense. She joined Cummins Inc. in 1993 as the Director of Electronic Controls. In 1998, Elizabeth became the Executive Director for High Horse Power Engineering where she led the development of the natural gas engines and functional responsibility for HHP diesel and natural gas engine design and analysis. In addition to Engineering, Elizabeth has enjoyed a wide range of experiences including market studies, finance, purchasing and Human Resources throughout her career. Elizabeth has a B.S. in Mathematics and B.S. in Statistics from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and completed MS requirements in 1990 for Electrical Engineering - emphasis on controls from the California State University, Long Beach.
