We realize and emphasise on the importance of striking the right work life balance. We also have a dedicated team christened “Dhoom”. “Dhoom” is a bunch of energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals who indulge in various recreational and fun-filled activities. Besides fostering a sense of joy, pride, and camaraderie into our team members from different units and across levels, Dhoom also provides a platform to develop skills such as leadership, team-building and organizing.

We have an open work culture that is friendly, warm, transparent and motivating; a fact that is clearly reflected in the number of new KPITes who join through our Employee Referral program.

Another case in point is our Fun@Work Initiative, through which we organize a variety of liberal competitions across Delivery Units. We also have food for thought and other grey matter in the form of annual technology conclaves that include Technical Paper Presentations, White Papers, and Case Studies etc. All these activities are not restricted to the KPIT Premises alone; we regularly feature in the crème-de la crème inter corporate, sports (cricket, football etc.), theatre and dance competitions as well. Our outbound activities and programs help us rejuvenate ourselves and connect to the outside world.
