| Post | Senior Business Professionals for AUTOSAR & Vehicle Networking |
| Job Description | • Based out of Germany, manage & drive the geographically distributed development, business development as well as associated operations groups.
• Participate and drive the company’s global AUTOSAR strategy planning, coordination and execution
• Represent organization in industry premium events to establish desired positioning
• Represent AUTOSAR practice for interactions with industry leading analysts to establish desired positioning
• Coordinate sales and proposal activities to ensure high quality offerings are delivered to customers
• Develop and execute a sales pipeline plan that results in the desired growth meeting the profitability targets
• Coordinate R&D activities that will result in competitive and industry leading future product and services offerings
• Establish and manage yearly department budgets to ensure cost are controlled and accounted for.
• Create and participate in Long Range Planning and Execute the Annual Operating Plan
• Report out monthly P&L activities, forecast updates and financial results to BU and organization leadership team. |
