• I got placed in KPIT Cummins through campus placements and have received my offer letter. When will I receive my date of joining (DOJ)?
  The Campus team would inform the candidates 10 to 15 days prior to their DOJ once the batches are prepared depending on the requirement from the delivery end. We also recommend that you spend this time to brush up your technical skills that you have learned in college.

• I received my DOJ but my exams are finishing later than the DOJ. Can I know the next joining date?
  You will be joining us in the next batch as you were unable to make it in the batch allotted to you. The date & timings of the next batch will be intimated to you shortly.

• I got placed in KPIT Cummins in Pune/ Bangalore through campus recruitment. Will I get my posting in Pune/ Bangalore itself?
  You will be joining KPIT Cummins at the nearest possible office either Pune or Bangalore. Once your training is complete, your location will be decided based on the project you are assigned to.

• I am interested in working at KPIT Cummins but we don't have any platform for campus interview at our end. How can I apply?
  Please send in the details of your college/institute to our campus team at campus[at]kpitcummins[dot]com & we shall evaluate it as part of our Campus Connect program and approach your college TPO.

• Some people have received a newsletter post the offer but I have not received any newsletter.

• I got placed through campus. What will my job profile be like?
  You shall be placed as a campus trainee of KPIT Cummins. You will be trained on a number of skills and technologies as per business needs and will be allocated to a business unit on successful completion of training. Based on the requirements at the time of your allocation, your profile will be decided and will give you ample opportunities to learn and add to your skills.

• Does KPIT Cummins offer temporary accommodation for new joiners?
  Yes we have our company guest houses in Bangalore & Pune. The accommodation is based on the availability of the Guest house. You will be able to determine this once your DOJ is communicated to you.

• Does KPIT Cummins offer transportation (cab/bus) for employees?
  Yes we provide transport at subsidized cost on bus routes across the city in Pune . You will get to know the exact bus routes and timings when you join us on Day 1.

• Does the company help me to connect me with other employees if I need to look for shared accommodation or car pool?
  Once you join KPIT you can connect with other employees over our Intranet employee portal. There are many postings on our intranet for accommodation, car pool and other help needed while moving to a new city.

• What is the dress code policy?
  Monday to Thursday the dress code is formals (no jeans!). Friday casual wear is allowed.
  You will get to learn more about the dress code policy along with other relevant information during joining formalities on Day 1.

• What is the KPIT Cummins Guest House address?
  Once your joining dates are finalized, we will provide the guest house details and other logistics.
