We are proud to be associated with them and they have been providing us valuable services for acquiring the brightest minds in niche technologies and domains. We also depend on our staffing partners, for providing us with quality sub-contractor resources on a contract to hire mode.

At KPIT we follow the following process for signing up of new staffing partners:

• Staffing Partner Evaluation (Before Sign Up)
• Signup of MSA/Contract
• Usage policy and process training on KPIT Recruitment Management System (RMS)
• Release of trial requirement in KPIT RMS
• Staffing Partner Performance Evaluation
