As we add more people across the globe, we feel it is important to verbalize these values, to emphasize on these values and to formally ingrain them in our operations. Values are our essential and enduring tenets – a small set of general guiding principles; not to be confused with specific cultural or operating practices; not to be compromised for financial gain or short-term expediency. These values are imbibed & embedded in our organization’s fabric so much so that not only does every KPITe derive strength from them for our day to day functioning but also helps us in achieving our long term objectives.
