Ravi is a gold medalist and fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an associate member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. A graduate of Pune University, Ravi has a Masters from Sloan School of Management, MIT, Cambridge, USA. He has an extensive experience of over three decades in the fields of IT, corporate Strategy Formulation and Management consulting. From his accounting roots, Ravi, along with other members of his team has built a global IT, Engineering & BPO Services Company with leadership in sharply defined focus areas. Widely respected for integrity, innovation and dynamism, Ravi and his colleagues have successfully forged global partnerships with people, customers and investors. Under his chairmanship, KPIT has become a global player in the industry with Top line revenue growth of 10x and increase in market capitalization of 15x over the last 5 years. Under his stewardship, KPIT has forged strategic partnerships with some of the largest & renowned players in their respective areas: Cummins & Cargill (Manufacturing) and Lehman brothers & International Finance Corporation (Financial Services). Apart from group companies in the Kirtane & Pandit group which is celebrating it’s golden jubilee year, Ravi also serves on the board of Finolex. He has served as the President of the esteemed Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture and has also been on the NASSCOM Executive Council twice.
He also fostered partnerships with many Countries and Industry Chambers to make Pune a destination of choice for IT, BPO, Design Engineering & Global Automotive OEM /Manufacturing companies. Ravi has been a very articulate speaker at several National and International forums on diverse subjects that include: Globalization, IT Industry and its future, the Engineering Services opportunity, Economic, Labour & Industrial Policy.
Under Ravi’s leadership, KPIT Cummins has been selected as the winner of the Golden Peacock Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance -2007. For his commitment to conducting business in an ethical manner and for the value KPIT Cummins partnership has brought to Cummins, Ravi has also been honoured with the J. Irwin Miller Award of Excellence by Cummins in October 2007. He has also been awarded the prestigious Rotary Excellence Award 2007 for his Exemplary Leadership and Outstanding Performance in the field of Information Technology.
An avid trekker, Ravi’s other hobbies include classical music and reading.

| Kishor Patil - CEO & Managing Director |

Kishor began his career as a practitioner in Kirtane & Pandit Chartered Accountant in 1983 and within a year and a half was a partner in the firm. He has 17 years of experience in various areas like Management, Finance, Consulting, Organization Development and International operations. His specialization includes Marketing, Organization Methods and Systems.
Kishor is in charge of the overall management of KPIT Cummins. He is specifically responsible for all day-to-day operational issues like planning and executing business, reviewing and guiding the country offices, customer delivery units and support functions, and ensuring efficient and effective functioning of the organization as a whole.
As a promoter of KPIT Cummins, Kishor has been responsible for providing the strategic direction and has spearheaded KPIT Cummins' forays into international markets, especially Europe. He is the keystone in building strategic partnerships and a strong and prestigious customer base for KPIT Cummins. He has set excellent examples in the areas of establishing International operations, Acquisitions, Mergers and Integration in specific.
He is a prolific observer with an open mind and has a keen determination to grow. A firm believer in thinking big, Kishor embarked upon the expansion of KPIT Cummins through a well planned Mergers and Acquisitions strategy. His exceptional people’s skills and simplicity has worked wonders in diverse cultural geographies.
Kishor is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.

| Girish Wardadkar - President & Executive Director |

Girish, a Six Sigma green belt is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Operations Management & Advanced Financial Management. He carries 2 decades of professional experience in the areas of IT, Diagnostic Medical Imaging, BPO and General Management.
He has wide experience in Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing & Engineering and Operating Global Programs. Specifically, Girish holds 15 years of Program Management and Business Leadership experience with the largest American Technology giant.
Prior to KPIT Cummins, he was the vice-president of GE Capital International Services (GECIS) in Hyderabad. Prior to GECIS, he was Managing Director of GE Medical X Ray Systems (SA) Ltd, leading manufacturing and engineering activities for Global Supply. Girish started his career with Wipro InfoTech Ltd as a Marketing Executive in 1983. He was a key contributor in establishing the joint venture between Wipro and GE Medical systems (GEMS) as part of the project team at Wipro Corporate.
At KPIT Cummins, he is responsible for service delivery & operations management. He has played an active role in formulating the operational policy, One Team, One Goal, Zero surprises. He had initiated numerous activities to achieve process excellence, and to enhance the quality of talent in the company.
An avid reader, Girish loves playing golf. He also likes to listen to semi-classical and classical music. |

| Anil K. Patwardhan - Vice President - Finance |

Anil is responsible for the fiscal discipline, and successful functioning of the Legal and Secretarial functions in the company. In the 7 years he spent at KPIT Cummins Anil has taken many pro-active steps to ensure that the company is on the right path. His initiatives include, institutionalizing the entire MIS, budgeting and all risk management practices. He established mature business processes to ensure smooth growth and prevent breakdown.
Anil has over 22 years of post qualification experience. His career began with a Kirloskar Company. Later he completed a 10-year stint with the Raymond’s group in the areas of Finance & Accounts. He gained the experience of a project business in his association with Praj.
True to his profession, Anil always goes by facts, and focuses on fiscal discipline even in his day to day life. A commerce graduate and a Chartered Account, Anil’s areas of specialization are Forex and Treasury Management. When he is not working, he listens to Hindustani classical music. Vasant Rao Deshpande and Pandit Bim Sen Joshi are amongst his favorite singers and among the younger singers, he listens to Sanjeev Abhayankar. Anil is married to Sandhya, whom he gives a lot of credit for managing the home very well, while he keeps guard of the finances at KPIT Cummins. |

| Shirish Patwardhan - Chief Technology Officer – Business IT |

Shirish Patwardhan leads CREST (Center for Research in Engineering Sciences and Technology) activities for manufacturing, BI, DFS, and GBS. And is the CTO – Business IT
His first job was with Tata Consultancy Services. He later co-founded KPIT in the year 1991. He worked with Oracle and Sun in the Silicon Valley. He then worked with SAP America to develop and port SAP R3 kernel on Sun/Solaris platform. He came back to India and was the product manager for KPIT's own SCADA product, continued to lead KPIT's strategic projects like Lombard, Natwest Greece, Capital One etc.
Shirish is an executive director and a member of board at KPIT Cummins.
He is a B.Tech Electrical Engineering, from IIT Mumbai, continued to receive M.Tech from the same in Control Engineering. His personal interests include technology, architecture, music, origami and trekking. |

| Dr. Vinay Vaidya - Chief Technology Officer – Engineering IT & CREST Leader |

Dr. Vaidya heads the Center for Research in Engineering Sciences and Technology (CREST). He is also the CTO for the IT engineering services at KPIT Cummins. His experience extends in many fields such as:
- Autopilot design for the 747 and flight control system design on the 767 at Boeing, Seattle
- Development of Computer Aided Manufacturing system at Boeing, Seattle
- Satellite imaging for ADEOS II satellite for NASDA, Japan through Fujitsu
- Development of security systems at Siemens.
Dr. Vaidya received a Ph.D. in Computer Vision from the University of Washington in Seattle. He has worked at Boeing, Fujitsu, and Siemens. At Boeing, he was the youngest person to receive the highest technical honor of Senior Principal Scientist, Associate Technical Fellow.
Dr. Vaidya serves as the vice chair of IEEE SMC Mumbai chapter. He is an honorary Adjunct faculty of Computer Studies at the Symbiosis Institute, Pune, India. He is a member of the Research Recognition board and a Ph.D. advisor. His outstanding achievements have earned him a position in Marquis Who's Who in the World, 25th Anniversary Edition, 2008.
He has published a chapter in the Academic Press book titled Machine Vision for Inspection and Measurement. He has several research papers to his credit and continues to conduct research in Pattern Recognition and Image Processing, Data Compression, Embedded systems, and security systems. |

As CIO, Shrikant’s main responsibility is to build Integrated and Global enterprise wide business processes supported by appropriate IT infrastructure and systems. He steers the IT strategy roadmap, investments in infrastructure, systems and align them with business goals of the organization with adequate information security and BCP.
He has vast experience in IT. In the initial part of his career Shrikant was associated with manufacturing industry heading the IT function for large Engineering, Chemical organizations. Prior to joining KPIT, he was associated with MBT where he held key positions in Delivery, Account Management, Resourcing and Corporate HR.
Shrikant has a Masters degree in Statistics and Management Sciences. He likes to read literature, enjoys traveling and listening to music. |

| Sachin Tikekar - Chief of People Operations |

Sachin is a Founding Member of the company and has played various leadership roles over the last 14 years in the company. Initially, he was responsible for building KPIT Cummins’ sales presence in India, South East Asia and the Middle East. He supported our growth in the US and Europe before we decided to have our direct presence in those geographies. He then established direct presence in the US in 1999 as the Chief Operating Officer of US. Business from the US has grown from $ 5 million to close to $ 90 million over the last 6 years.
In his current role as, Chief of People Operations at KPIT Cummins, Sachin is responsible for all functions pertaining to aligning People Policies, improving Employee Touch Points, building KPIT Culture based upon our CRICKET Values, accelerating Learning opportunities for our employees – both offshore and onsite, managing Global Facilities and providing innovation in Attracting, Nurturing and Retaining talent as key areas of focus.
Sachin brings more than 16 years of professional experience and most of it has been Customer Facing. He has previously worked with companies like US Sprint and Strategic Positioning Group. Sachin has done his MS in Strategic Management and MBA in international finance. The fields of sales, account management, and strategic & operations management are his key domains of specialization.
Sachin is a member of the World Wildlife Federation. His fascination for wildlife, nature and adventure has made traveling and rock climbing his favorite hobbies. He also indulges in a bit of gourmet cuisine and playing tennis during his spare time.

| Sanjay Sinha - Head - Business Development & Investor Relations |

Sanjay comes with a rich experience of 12 years in corporate finance in India and abroad. Originally an Engineering graduate from IT- BHU, he later completed his PGDM from IIM, Ahmedabad and then CFA from CFA Institute, US. He has also completed his MS in Management (Sloan Fellowship) from London Business School, UK.
Before joining KPIT Cummins, Sanjay worked in the corporate finance advisory function with Global Investment House, an investment bank based in Kuwait, responsible for providing valuation, M&A, fund raising services to clients across the Middle East. Prior to this, he was the AVP and Branch Head of the New Delhi branch of DCR India (now called FitchRatings India), an international credit rating company responsible for business development and executing credit rating mandates from clients in northern India. In the past, he worked on various assignments in the RPG Group-responsibilities included managing short term / long term fund requirements, equity research and working on setting up mutual funds and international tie-ups.
Sanjay has joined KPIT Cummins as Head-Business Development & Investor Relations. His primary responsibilities include investor relations, M&A, fund raising and business analytics.
A native of Bihar, Sanjay was born and brought up in West Bengal, has lived / studied, worked across northern India and is married to an Andhraite from Mumbai! No prizes for guessing who is a ‘true Indian’ here! He loves music, food and sports (squash). |

Prabhu has over 20 years of IT experience, involved in strategic thinking for winning new customers, and growing old customers. At KPIT Cummins, Prabhu is involved in On-site Consulting and Techno-Marketing Assignments ranging from Proposal & Solution Presentations; Road-Map creation to Technology Evaluation for Partnership / Acquisition. He is also responsible for ‘Solution Architecture’ in Techno-Marketing and in Delivery and Execution of Projects.
Prabhu possesses the skill to do a quick analysis and get a complete understanding of business, technical problems and issues. He has the ability to work in many domains - ranging from Embedded Systems, Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) to e-business.
Prabhu plays badminton in his free time, and exercises a lot to stay fit. |

He possesses extensive exposure to global markets like the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Europe, USA and India.
He is also a Secretary on board of the Project management Institute (PMI) North India Chapter. Pawan has been on the consultant’s panel of Governments and IT Committees for outsourcing in various countries. |

Anup Sable moved to form and head the Tools and Embedded Practice group of KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd in March 2001. Prior to assuming his current position he was Group Head - Internet Technologies, Europe and USA Pre Sales Support Manager, and Product and Project manager. He has been with KPIT Cummins since almost its inception.
He has played an active role in almost all company development initiatives in KPIT Cummins. Currently he also heads the Defect Prevention Council. A keen team player, he promotes transparency and has demonstrated endearing persistence in achieving the goals of the company. He thrills himself with learning and imbibing new knowledge and constantly looks out for inflection points in his environment.
He has an innate yearning for research and has a SAE research publication under Electronic Engine Controls domain to his credit. He is a graduate mechanical engineer of the 1990 batch from the Govt College of Engg, Pune and passed out as the Best Outgoing Mechanical Engineer. |

Praveen has completed Bachelor in Engineering (Electronics & Communication) at Anna University, Chennai in 1986.
With 16 years of exp of which 8 years in the VLSI business, Praveen’s role at KPIT Cummins is primarily to build and operate the VLSI Centre for delivery of Verification projects and Analog/Mixed Signal projects for both offshore & onsite client engagements. His responsibilities also include infrastructure setup for VLSI design & delivery, consisting of hardware, EDA tools and communication.
He manages & supports business development, pre-sales and project deliveries. Praveen was co-founder & technical director of Dgipro Systems Pvt Ltd., and served the company for about 12 years.

| Probodh Chiplunkar - Head – Business Intelligence |

Probodh is the Head of the Business Intelligence, Line of Business at KPIT Cummins. He is responsible for managing the sales, services and operations for the BI LoB. He leads the LoB with repeated customer success, incremental revenue streams and undoubted leadership in the BI market space.
Prior to KPIT Cummins, Probodh had been a managing partner at SolvCentral and was responsible for all operations and strategic initiatives of the company. He led the company into new growth opportunities by delivering repeated BI successes for customers and partners.
Probodh also worked as the Director of Extranets and WW PSO Practices at Business Objects. In this stint, Probodh worked with some of the most successful extranet and enterprise customers across the globe and was instrumental in identifying and implementing a successful BI strategy for them.

| Rustom Modi - Advisor - DFS |

Rustom has over 20 years experience in the IT and financial services industries and has worked in New York, London and Mumbai. He has joined us as Advisor – DFS. His current responsibilities include pre-sales, sales and solution development for the DFS vertical.
Prior to joining KPIT Cummins, Rustom worked with JP Morgan and ICICI Securities as the CIO in India, and started global sourcing for JP Morgan in 1994. He was on the board of JP Morgan Securities India and JP Morgan Services. He has also co-founded two product based startups - Surya Software and Catalyst. In the past, Rustom has worked with Tata Consultancy Services across Management Consulting and IT services. He has also been the Head - IT for Tata Oil.
Rustom, a native of Mumbai, is married and has two children. When he manages some time off, he enjoys climbing and riding; besides, he is very passionate about history. He is also interested in trekking and has been to the Himalayas on a few occasions. |

Kanwar Singh, KD as he is popularly known, is accountable for the Client services comprising customer satisfaction and business development by leading the customer facing teams to deliver IT, Engineering & BPO solutions that leverage the global delivery platform for existing and new customers. He has responsibility for growing revenue and P&L performance, while managing operations that include enabling functions for the NA region.
Before he joined KPIT in April 2007 as EVP of Client Services, KD spent 17-years IT industry, spanning outsourcing services in the US market and Product based solutions in India with Industry leaders like Wipro, Keane and IBM. Through this experience he has led diverse teams to apply multi-vertical industry knowledge to deliver successful IT & BPO solutions and developing strong customer relationships.
An engineer (Electronics & Communication) from Gulbarga University and MBA from IMI-Delhi, KD also completed an Executive education program on "Leading effective sales teams" from Wharton School of Business.
He is an active speaker on Global Sourcing in industry forums. A resident of the Seattle area, he enjoys reading, listening to music and biking. |

Pankaj joined KPIT Cummins in India as Sr. Manager - International Business. Pankaj then moved to the UK subsidiary in 1998 as Head- Business Development.
Pankaj is presently Director-Projects and Services with the responsibility of business development and management in the UK. As part of this he manages a team that handles onsite sales in the UK and also oversees the administration/onsite management of consultants in the UK and Europe; sales development in key verticals and new regions; liaison with UK IT agencies, Account Management of major customers and controlling the costs.
Pankaj is an engineer and a Master of Business Administration. He has over 15 years experience across different industries in sales, marketing and business management with companies like HCL, Ranbaxy, and Godrej. He is also an active member of IEEE. His hobbies include war history, driving and traveling. He wishes the company of honest people and dislikes harshness in communication He is married and has one daughter. Pankaj is currently based out of our office in Reading, UK. |

| Rohan Sohoni - Head - Business Development – Japan & Asia Pacific (including India) |

Rohan Sohoni, a go-getter by habit, is responsible for strengthening presence of KPIT Cummins in Japan and Asia-Pacific regions. He is a Computer Science Engineering graduate from Pune Institute of Computer Technology – PICT (1992). He believes that ‘commitment’ and ‘belief in the cause’ are the two tenets that determine the success of any venture.
With a total experience of more than 13 years, Rohan spent over 7 years in Tokyo, Japan from 1997 – 2004. During that period, he was instrumental in establishing & growing the Japan operations of the companies that he worked for. As an Account Manager with Tata Elxsi India, his performance was recognized in the success stories of Silicon Graphics for major sales achievements in the BFSI segment.
While in Japan, he represented his company at the ACCJ (American Chamber of Commerce in Japan), the Software Engineering & Management Studies (SEMS) and the India I.T. Club.
Rohan is married to Pratiksha and they have a son. He is an avid golfer. Amongst his most admired sports personalities is Phil Mickelson (for his simplicity, warmth & down-to-earth nature) and Vijay Singh (for his commitment & determination). Rohan is a 15-handicap golfer and is aiming to get to single-handicap in a few years. Besides golf, he enjoys soccer and is a great fan of the German & Brazilian Teams. Rohan loves traveling and is passionate about Indian & western music.

Jean-Yves Grisi is the managing director at KPIT France
JY Grisi has a strong background in marketing and commerce, followed by management in the field of software development and services. He has spent 20 years in the IT industry, both in Services (with Andersen Consulting) and Software (with Microsoft). Set up Pivolis, a services company focused on offshore software development services in 2003 which was then sold to KPIT in 2005.
Previously, Director at Microsoft, Jean-Yves Grisi got his Computer engineering degree at ENST Paris, France, then MBA from INSEAD, France.
His areas of interest include macroeconomics, sustainable development & NGOs, arts & music. |

Sanjay Mandal is responsible for Sales and Operations in Germany. He is also overseeing the establishment and ramp-up of KPIT’s development center in Wroclaw, Poland.
Sanjay is a specialist, in helping organizations manage change. Prior to joining KPIT, Sanjay was a management consultant with KPMG and later BearingPoint. He has extensive work experience in the United States, Europe, East Asia and India. First as a Partner with KPMG and later as Managing Director with BearingPoint, Sanjay was instrumental in establishment of their management consulting practice. He started his career with Tata Tea in the management of a tea plantation in India.
Sanjay received an MS and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA. He completed his undergraduate work at the National Defense Academy, Khadakwasla, India.
Sanjay is based out of our Munich office.

Myles is stationed in the UK as Global Account Director. He has over 27 years of international IT experience that includes managing all IT operations for SEARS group. He believes that the customer is the King, and that results are all that matter. He has a fine knack to keep things simple, and treats business as not personal. Myles has thorough knowledge of ICL 2900, IBM 36, AS400 3090 (mvs), DEC VAX PDF.

Hiroshi, comes with an intensive experience of 32 years in the Semiconductor division, Hitachi Limited, Tokyo, Japan. At KPIT Cummins he is responsible for account management of Renesas, Japan and is the head of the office at Japan. Prior to KPIT Cummins, Hiroshi held the position of the Executive Operations Manager at Hitachi Microsystems Europe Ltd
A firm believer in being severe for business and warm for private, Hiroshi, has the art of fostering relationships. Hiroshi, is an Electrical Engineer from the Suzuka College of Technology, Japan. Interestingly, he is a Bachelor of liberal arts, in the field of “Industry and Technology” and “Social and Economic Studies”.
His areas of expertise include Quality Assurance, Reliability Test, 3rd-Party Verification of Micro processors, and Application Engineering of Digital Radio system. He holds 4 patents related to Semiconductor testing. His hobbies include gardening, and he intends to have an English garden, at his new county home all made with Finland’s Pine.
