He has an extensive experience of over three decades in the fields of IT, corporate strategy Formulation and Management consulting. Ravi is the chairman of K&P group which includes Kirtane & Pandit Chartered Accountants, K&P Corporate Solutions, a firm engaged in consulting and stock options and KP consulting that specializes in balance score card and activity based management. Ravi also serves on the board of Finolex. He has served as the President of the esteemed Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture and has also been on the NASSCOM Executive Council twice.

He has fostered partnerships with many countries and industry chambers to make Pune a destination of choice for IT, BPO, Design Engineering & Global Automotive OEM /Manufacturing companies. Ravi has been a very articulate speaker at several National and International forums on diverse subjects that include: Globalization, IT Industry and its future, the Engineering Services opportunity, Economic, Labour & Industrial Policy.

Under his leadership, KPIT Cummins has been selected as the winner of the Golden Peacock Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance. For his commitment to conducting business in an ethical manner and for the value KPIT Cummins partnership has brought to Cummins, Ravi has also been honoured with the J. Irwin Miller Award of Excellence by Cummins. He has also been awarded the prestigious Rotary Excellence Award for his Exemplary Leadership and Outstanding Performance in the field of Information Technology. Ravi has been nominated as a member of the Core-Group on Automotive Research Program Committee (CAR) which is a merger of the Program Advisory Committee for Research and Development in Automotive Sector and the Core-Group on Automotive Research.

Ravi is a gold medalist and fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an associate member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. A graduate of Pune University, Ravi has a Masters from Sloan School of Management, MIT, Cambridge, USA. An avid trekker, Ravi enjoys reading and listening to classical music.

As a promoter of KPIT Cummins, Kishor has provided strategic direction and spearheaded KPIT Cummins' forays into international markets, especially the European market. His contributions have been essential in building strategic partnerships leading to a strong and prestigious customer base. He has set a standard of excellence in the areas of international operations, acquisitions, mergers and integration. His keen observations and open mind have contributed greatly to KPIT Cummins’ growth as a company. Being a firm believer in thinking big, Kishor began the expansion of KPIT Cummins with a well planned Mergers and Acquisitions strategy. His exceptional people skills and sincerity has worked wonders in diverse cultural geographies.

Kishor began his career as a practitioner in Kirtane & Pandit Chartered Accountant in 1983 and within a year and a half was a partner in the firm. With over 20 years of experience in management, finance, consulting, organization development and international operations he has specialized in marketing, organization methods and systems.

Kishor is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He is passionate about sports and motorcycles.

Girish, who holds a Six Sigma green belt, is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Operations Management & Advanced Financial Management. He has two decades of professional experience in IT, diagnostic medical imaging, BPO and general management.

Having worked with one of the largest American technology firms, Girish has 26 more than years worth of experience in Program Management and Business Leadership as well as experience in Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing & Engineering and Operating Global Programs.

Girish’s roles prior to joining KPIT Cummins include - vice-president of GE Capital International Services (GECIS) in Hyderabad, Managing Director of GE Medical X-Ray Systems (SA) Ltd and leading manufacturing and engineering activities for global supply. Girish started his career with Wipro InfoTech Ltd as a Marketing Executive in 1983. As part of the project team at Wipro Corporate he was a key contributor in establishing the joint venture between Wipro and GE Medical systems (GEMS).

Girish loves playing golf, reading and listening to classical music in his spare time out of office.

Initially responsible for building sales presence in India, South East Asia, the Middle East and supporting growth in the US and Europe, Sachin’s responsibilities grew when he became the Chief Operating Office in 1999 at the US branch. He has previously worked with US Sprint and Strategic Positioning Group.

Sachin has done his Masters in Strategic Management and MBA in International Finance. Areas of expertise include sales, account management, and strategic & operations management. Sachin is a member of the World Wildlife Federation and peruses his fascination with wildlife, nature and adventure through his hobbies of traveling and rock climbing. He also indulges in a bit of gourmet cuisine and playing tennis during his spare time.

A computer engineer by profession, Pawan has over 18 years of work experience. Previous employers include; HP, IBM and HCL where he was stationed across Europe, North America, South America and Asia. At IBM Software Group for Asia Pacific Pawan was a key contributor in building the global operations & business of HCL BPO. Pawan also participated in the ISB-Kellogg Global Advanced Management Program.

His focus areas are mainly consulting, sales and delivery and he has a particular passion for operational excellence. Pawan’s approach to projects is heavily based in having an entrepreneurial spirit. This has been a huge asset in his instrumental role of setting up and delivering large projects on the global level.

Pawan is an active member on the Standards Board of JD Powers & Software Support Professional Association – USA, PMI USA Board of Special Initiative Group on Strategic Outsourcing, CEO & President of PMI North India Chapter and a TiE Charter Member. Within the community Pawan, fuelled by his philanthropic nature, sits on the boards of several educational institutes in India

As the Global Leader, Business Development, Pankaj is responsible for global operations of sales & the Customer Acquisition Team (CAT), driving the development of solutions and service offerings for our clients and accelerating growth and profitability.

KPIT Cummins’ growth in Europe has been in large part due to Pankaj’s efforts in France, Germany, Scandinavia and other regions. He was very successful in establishing local presence and integrating acquisitions with our organization.

Pankaj is an engineer and has a Masters in Business Administration. Working for companies like HCL, Ranbaxy and Godrej for the past 15 years has given him a vast array of experience to draw on in the sales, marketing and business management focus areas.

Pankaj is an active member of IEEE. His hobbies include studying war history and traveling.

Previously at KPIT Cummins Rajeev has contributed greatly to project management, key account management and business development activities for the product engineering solutions group

Rajeev was the co-founder of two start-up companies R&D Tech and Kimaya Automation Technologies. R&D Tech specializes in medical devices development for urology & patient monitoring systems, while Kimaya Automation Technologies is involved in the design & manufacturing of industrial automation products. This entrepreneurial background and exposure to multiple industries and technologies are key attributes and contributions towards the KPIT talent base.

Rajeev’s hometown is Pune, where he has spent much of his life. Graduating from Pune University as an electronics engineer he has also done his Masters from IIT Madras. A keen follower of Ayurveda Rajeev enjoys fitness, travelling & outdoor sports.

Probodh’s carreer began at SAP Business Objects where he was responsible for the world wide Professional Services pratice. He then moved on to co-founding his own start up company called SolvCentral.com which was focused on BI technology and was later acquired by KPIT. Probodh then began at KPIT as head of the Business Intelligence (BI) department.

Probodh holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Marist College, New York. His interests include playing tennis and performing concerts with his music group - Rasika.

Previously at KPIT Cummins Sukhi was the Global Account Director for Cummins. In his prior roles Sukhi has gained extensive experience in the distribution and service industry by managing various aspects of business such as sales, customer support, operation, marketing and eCommerce.

Based in Columbus, Indiana Sukhi is an engineer by profession and enjoys travel and music.

In a career spanning 21 years, the last ten of these have been with offshore companies. Previously he managed a division of O2 and was a client partner with Cognizant.

Steve has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and is a member of the British Computer Society. He has studied martial arts for 20 years and is a keen composer of music for art house films.

Before joining KPIT Cummins Satish was a consultant at Satyam Computer Services Limited for the Knowledge Management practice. As part of the MBA program Satish worked with Tata Administrative Services and Eicher Motors. He has also worked with Tata Cummins as a Shop Operations Manager.

Satish completed his MBA at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore and his Mechanical Engineering at the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.

Satish has a keen interest in business strategies and understanding people dynamics underlying successful organizations. An avid reader Satish also enjoys cricket, Formula 1 racing and being close to nature.

Prior to joining KPIT Cummins, he worked for GSI as head of software development for Automotive Dealer Management services; he was later appointed as the UK director at GSI. After ADP’s acquisition of GSI Myles transitioned to Faculties Management sales. As part of a joint venture between MAN and VW Myles worked on back office systems, vehicle systems and warranties.

Myles’ interests include sport, mainly football and rugby.

Before joining KPIT, Sanjay was a Partner at KPMG (BearingPoint) where he worked with customers in the Automotive, Transportation & Manufacturing sectors. He has worked extensively in the United States, Europe and East Asia. Sanjay started his career at Tata Tea, India.

Sanjay has a MS and MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA. He completed his undergraduate work at the National Defense Academy, Khadakwasla, India.

His earlier experience includes account management and business development for aerospace, automotive and telecom sector for Capgemini, France and Alten Technologies.

Philippe has completed his Master of Science in Aerodynamics at Supaero, an Aerospace Engineering College in France. In his free time he plays golf and studies martial arts.

He completed his Computer Science Engineering from Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT) in 1992. Rohan is a member of various social and business forums in Japan.

Rohan is an avid golfer with a 15-handicap. Amongst his most admired sports personalities is Phil Mickelson for his simplicity, warmth & down-to-earth nature and Vijay Singh for his commitment & determination to the sport. Besides golf, he enjoys soccer and is a great fan of the German & Brazilian national teams. Rohan loves traveling and is passionate about Indian & western music.

Joanna has 9 years of experience in IT industry, mainly in the HR and Operations Management areas. Prior to joining KPIT she worked for Deutsche Telekom group (T-Systems) in Poland and Germany. Amongst other projects, she participated in international feasibility studies for shared services centers in Central Europe.

She received her Master’s Degree from Wroclaw University of Economics in 1999 and continued her postgraduate studies in IT and labor law.

A veteran in the industry with over 16 years of experience, his career includes all aspects of managing high-growth in competitive IT Services industry globally. He has been instrumental in building new business as well as hiring, training, mentoring and scaling up high performance teams. He has managed several large P & L portfolios with complete responsibility. Suhas’ strategy experience includes crafting plans to enter new geographies and industries, global alliance and partnership strategy and assisting the corporate team in mergers and acquisitions.

He has also done significant work in conceptualizing, incubating and creating new service offerings and solutions to address customers’ complex business problems. His significant contributions to the industry have been developed into case studies which have been published in supply chain journals of top global universities. He also received the highest global award for Best Performance in Customer Relationship Management for his contribution, during his stint with a Global Tier 1 IT Services company. Suhas has earlier worked for a Tier 1 Indian IT provider, managing sales and business development for their Hi-Tech practice in the US, where he was based for the past 15 years.

Suhas has done his BE in mechanical engineering and also holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Currently based in Pune, India, Suhas lives with his wife and two sons. He is a prolific reader with broad interest areas like investments and markets, economics, sociology and societal systems, customers and industries, business histories and management. Suhas is also an active participant and keen follower of globalization trends.

He has 11 years of experience in the technology solutions industry in business development roles.

Pushpahas is an alumnus of Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur. During his spare time, he enjoys listening to ghazals and reading non-fiction.

He is responsible for managing relationships with customers and helping them to globalize & standardize efficiently. He has been instrumental in creating a robust delivery ecosystem which supports clients in bringing complex technology products and systems faster to markets.

Passionate about technology in cars, Anup began his career as a research engineer at the Automotive Research Association in India (ARAI). He joined KPIT Cummins as a software engineer in 1994. With over 15 years of experience in the field of automotive electronics, Anup has played a key role in setting up the Automotive Electronics practice at KPIT Cummins.

Anup has done his engineering from Government College of Engineering, Pune where he was awarded the Best Outgoing Mechanical Engineer. Anup has authored numerous articles and frequently speaks at national & international forums on automotive technologies and electronics in particular.

Anup describes himself as an ‘inquisitive techie, who has experimented with every form of electronics since his seventh grade’. A keen debater, he has an analytical mind with an innate ability to solve multi-dimensional problems for customers.

Prior to joining KPIT, Praveen was the CTO, COO and Co-Founding Director (since 1992), of D’gipro Systems Private Limited, Bangalore. He managed and delivered VLSI, board related projects and consulting business for both local & overseas clients and undertook the business development, delivery and client management for all of VLSI business. He was also responsible overseeing people function and partner relationships.

Praveen has done Bachelors in Electronics Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India.

His interests include gardening, listening to old Hindi songs, karaoke, reading technology management books and playing cricket and table tennis.

Prabhu’s strengths are quick analysis and assessment for a complete understanding of businesses’ technical problems and issues. He has diverse experience across many domains ranging from embedded systems, computer aided manufacturing (CAM) to e-business.

Prabhu plays badminton in his free time, and exercises a lot to stay fit.

Anil’s career spans 25 years of professional experience. He began his career at a Kirloskar group company then spent 10 year’s in Raymond’s group in the area of Accounts & Finance. His association of 3.5 years with Praj gave him experience in a project business.

True to his profession, Anil always goes by facts and focuses on fiscal discipline even in his day to day life. A Commerce graduate and a Chartered Account, Anil’s areas of specialization are Forex and Treasury Management.

Anil likes to listen to Hindustani classical music. Pandit Bimsen Joshi and Dr. Vasantrao Deshpande are amongst his favorite classical singers.

In the initial part of his career Shrikant was associated with the manufacturing industry, heading the IT function for large engineering and chemical organizations. Prior to joining KPIT, he was associated with Mahindra British Telecom where he held key positions in delivery, account management, resourcing and corporate HR.

Shrikant has a Masters degree in Statistics and Management Sciences. He likes to read literature, enjoys traveling and listening to music.

His experience extends in many fields such as:

• Autopilot design for the 747 and flight control system design on the 767 at Boeing, Seattle WA, USA.
• Development of Computer Aided Manufacturing system at Boeing, Seattle, WA, USA
• Satellite imaging for ADEOS II satellite for NASDA, Japan through Fujitsu
• Development of security systems at Siemens.

Dr. Vaidya has a Ph.D. in Computer Vision from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, USA. At Boeing, he was the youngest person to receive the highest technical honor of Senior Principal Scientist, Associate Technical Fellow.

Dr. Vaidya serves as the vice chair of IEEE SMC Mumbai chapter. He is an honorary Adjunct faculty of Computer Studies at the Symbiosis Institute in Pune, India. He is a member of the Research Recognition board and a Ph.D. advisor. His outstanding achievements have earned him a position in ‘Marquis Who's Who in the World’ 25th Anniversary Edition, 2008. He has published a chapter in the Academic Press book titled ‘Machine Vision for Inspection and Measurement’. He has several research papers to his credit and continues to conduct research in pattern recognition and image processing, data compression, embedded systems, and security systems.

He is a board member and a co-founder of KPIT Cummins. In his earlier role he was a CIO of KPIT Cummins.

Prior to joining KPIT, Shirish has worked with TCS, SAP and Oracle. Shirish has completed his Bachelors and Masters in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

His interests include music, trekking and architecture.

With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry Dilip has a diversified portfolio such as architecting ERP solution, establishing development centers, managing offshore developmect centers, business development, productivity and quality office establishment.

Dilip has completed his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and has a post graduate management diploma in Manufacturing Management. His personal interests include reading and travelling.

Lokesh is an engineering graduate from University of California, Berkeley and is an avid Cal Bears fan.
