• Good experience working with the latest versions of Wintel platforms (Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows 98, Windows XP)
• Good understanding of the major Unix (AIX, HP-UX, Solaris) platforms
• Understanding of HTML and web related concept to include protocols, e.g. ftp
• Understanding of relational database theory including a thorough working knowledge of SQL preferably on Oracle, DB2, Sybase, or SQL-Server
• Very good understanding of networking concepts including Network topologies, TCP/IP fundamentals, TCP/IP utilities, and WAN/LAN and Remote Access technologies
