An account manager is responsible for the client account and the overall project delivery, and in turn reports to the delivery unit head. A defect prevention team works to reduce defect injections during the project lifecycle. The process consultant helps in identifying the right processes and monitors adherence to stated processes
We lay a huge emphasis on defect prevention as part of our quality management in projects. We utilize the vast experience of having worked on numerous projects to ensure the quality of the project. At every stage of the project we have a mandatory review or test. The review can be a one person review, or a group review or SCREEN. Routine process training, internal audits & compliance checks ensure disciplined adherence to processes.
